Hydraulic lifters with tapered end at the lifter pushrods. 
        
Yes on the splines. Same count.
K-frames are the same. You'll 
        need big block mounts and engine brackets. The right side bracket and 
        mount from the '65 383 will be the correct one but the left side will 
        not work in a B-body. If you have the one from the 383, sell it to 
        someone with an original BB Dart
Trans crossmember is the 
        same.
Drive shaft should be fine since your poly should have a 727 as 
        long as your trans is a slip yoke.
You might have to swap in your 
        original shift cables to the new trans.
You'll have to extend a 
        couple wires(distributor, temp sender, etc) and your radiator hose 
        outlet/inlets may be off.

Cory,
The car is a floor shifted, cable shifted, slip 
        yoke setup. The 65 Big
block 727 I have is cable shift setup, I just 
        don't remember if it's a
slip yoke or a ball & trunion Imperial 
        setup. Guess I'll pull it out
from under the bench 
        tonight.
