Trans valve body

Hey Fellas,
I'm going to be pulling my transmission to get the missing 2nd gear 
repaired.  While it's out I'd like to replace the reverse pattern, 
manual shift valve body the previous owner installed.  I want an 
automatic shift valve body but wouldn't mind enhanced shifting 
performance.  And most of all I want to get rid of the reverse shift 
pattern as it doesn't make sense for a push button shift.
I've done a little searching on the internet for some options but 
haven't found anything for our cable shift transmissions.  Any 
recommendations?
