It's normal with your mechanical voltage regulator Nick. But you can buy a
solid state replacement that hooks up just like the original. If memory
serves me right it's a Wells VR706 available thru Auto Zone.

Hi,
Last week while driving home from a cruise my 64 fury lights where
flickering, When i got home i relised that the interior lights where doing
the same thing. Does anyone know what might be causing this? Any help
would be appricate it.
