The 2 ton model would be the one to get. i have a Harbor Freight 2 ton,
non-foldable, that handles big blocks with ease. The 1 ton won't give as
much
lift heighth, also is made of much smaller square tubing. My 2 cents.

Hey all,
A buddy of mine is looking at buying a shop crane that he would use once or
twice a year at most. Is the 1 ton from Harbor Freight okay for such
irregular
use? I wonder if the 1 ton will be strong enough if the boom gets extended
for
our older big cars and big block Mopar engines?
