12volt battery charger will work, but you may get a good buzz (not the
alcoholic kind) from the speakers unless you have a filter in the line.

Subject: Power supply
A quick question to the masses. I have a radio for my 65 Belvedere on the
bench. Short of dragging it and speakers out under the hood of my truck to
hook it to the battery, what could I use as a power supply on the work bench
to see if it works? In the past I used a battery charger to test the guages
in my instrument cluster when I refurbished it. Any suggestions?
