test and tune

i took the car out for the first time this year a couple weeks ago.
there was a 22 mph head wind and it was cold (low 50s).  i tried a
couple different tuneups that dreamed up over the winter and dialed in
a new set of SS leaf springs (don't laugh at my reaction times as i
was focusing on launching the car).

the video quality is sub-par.
