Ok I'm nervous I pulled both heads and I don't see any carbon travel from
one cylinder to another like I normally do with a blown head

What about valve guides? Seems to me a motor of that vintage w/ 90K on
it is going to need a bit of work on the heads. As has been said one
thing leads to another.
