Subject: Small holes in floor and trunk
My Dodge has several holes ( 1/8" and under) im the floor and the
trunk floor.. The surrounding metal is probably rather thin, but not
bad enough to weld in patches. In the past, I have coated these
areas with fiberglass woven cloth and resin. But since fiberglass
and metal expands and contracts at different rates, the patches
sometimes loosen up.. Anyone have a different way to seal up these
holes and strengthen the thin areas without welding? Thanks for any
input....................MO
