Today I discovered and fixed another problem on my car. I was showing 
the wood spacers to a guy and saw that one of the carb mount nuts was 
almost off the stud. I got my wrench out and checked them all and they 
were all loose. I think my wood may be compressing some. It was enough 
that I bet I could've had a vacuum leak there. Hmmm, wonder if that 
would be a cause for my sometimes high speed miss???
