interchange ball joints- bushings

Today I stopped at the local parts house to see if they could get all the 
rebuild parts for front suspension for my 64 Dodge 440(or Polara)  Their 
books only went back to 1965, but they could get all the parts needed. My 
question is: are all the parts the same from 1964 to 1965? I would think 
so.....................MO........sw  iowa
