Torsion Bars (again)

Hi folks,

I had a better look at the torsion bars that our club member wants to 
sell me and they are marked L and R.  I laid them down on a flat surface 
and they are not pretwisted at all.  

I do not know yet who he bought them from but I think he said Just 
Suspensions.  They are painted red (if that helps identify who they came 
from).

Arethey aceptable for street use?
