Dollars to donuts- Industrial sends them to Keystone automotive in Brainard? 
Minn. They are a autobody supply house and do bumper restoration.  They have 
route trucks that go to body shops and will  pick up and send your bumpers 
in at no cost. They gave me a ballpark quote at $475-$600. Industrial 
probably gets a "handleing " fee..........................MO      sw  iowa
