Jack,I use the Eastwood factory gray, High Temp  Coating. It works great on 
the manifolds. Used it on my 62 maxi and my 64. Just brush it on(I use a 
foam brush), then install the manifolds, put two coats if you want looks 
better. Stays on and have had no problems with it.
