Dash lights

What is the part number for the instrument panel lights for the 65 
Belvedere? I also need one of the black plastic bulb holders as well. 
Any ideas? 
I am finishing up the referbishing of my dash pieces using an article 
out of an old Mopar Muscle mag. It actually turned out pretty good. The 
article suggests replacing all the bulbs while the panel is out of the 
car.
