Certicard location

Sorry for the off-topic post again, but the 68 Sport Fury I just bought 
came with the certicard in the console, but I can't find the sleeve for 
it under the hood...anybody know where the sleeve should be? Also, what 
year the Mopars start coming with certicards? Thanks
