Do your tail lights work? Probably do! Try to move the headlight switch from
bright to dim and back. At any point do the dash lights work?

I have replaced the fuse and all the bulbs in the dash on the 63 New 
Yorker, but still no lights. I guess the only thing left is the 
Headlight switch, but it controls the dome light just fine. Does this
