Firm Feel has the adapter to do this but if you ask me it's kind of pricey. 
Actually I've been told that this adapter is a stock Mopar part that was 
used on Dodge vans. I know I've seen used ones for sale on Ebay.

It seems like the Flaming River set up is giving you more for around the
