Vendor question

has anyone had any dealings with Dr Mopar? He has 64
bumpers for 225.00 each plus shipping. I emailed him
back asking if they are OEM quality,such as
chrome,thickness of the metal. It sounds almost too
good to be true.
Anyone?? Bueller??
