I got mine from Auto Medic Supply in Tehachapi, CA.  866-441-7039.  
sales@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx  I think they were like $50-70 for the set.  
I recall he had repoped dash pads.  Since it's been two years, he may 
have expended.
