I've sort of run into a similar type problem with GCars for plastic chrome 
plating.  Gave them 4 armrests for a 65 A Body for repair and plating.  Got 
an email concerning the repair so finally got ahold of them, discussed what 
I wanted and paid them via credit card.  Was told I should have my armrests 
in about 2 weeks - that was 2 months ago.  Tried calling them but got their 
answering machine.  So we'll see.

I.e., send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address.
