There's been a problem with some crate hemi's.
Seems Arrow Racing was the company charged with assembly, and due to 
quality control issues, Cummins ended up with the contract.
I know of one locally that was  burning oil, and low on power.
The owner broke it down and found that the cylinders never were honed.
Couldn't get the rings to seat. Go figure.
I've read of two more that had the same problem. Probably lots more out 
there.
Not good when one throws down that much money, and finds out the thing 
was thrown together.
