All early A Bodies whether with slant 6 or 273 (even the 273/235 horse) came 
with only a single exhaust.  Other than possibly a headpipe, you should be 
able to get a muffler and tailpipe from NAPA, possibly Advance, etc.  Ask 
for a mid 70s as their books won't go back to 64.  Only problem with that is 
the pipe diameters tend to be pretty small.  It is no problem putting duals 
under an early A Body.  Passenger side hangs lower than the driver's side 
since there's no cutout at the transmission mount like on the driver's side. 
Laysons has available a modified mount.  I'm guessing you have a V8 since 
you want to run duals.  I'd take it to my favorite muffler shop and have 
them bend and install at least a 2 1/4 in system.  Midas did that for me 
years ago for my 65 Dart, looked and sounded good.
