 I made my own, using the warped old one, as a template. I purchased oil
board from a interior shop, and stapled the reinforcement bow to the
underside. If the trunk mat covers it, no problems being black. The
original ones were gray. I also made the separator panel that divides the
trunk, from the back seat.  Tom
