Last night I sold my '64 Fury. It was a very difficult and emotional decision. I've been suffering through (and apparently losing) a battle with degenerative arthritis in my spine for a few years now and in the meanwhile watching that beautiful car in my garage go untouched. One of the obvious and sad signs was renewing my license plate tags this year and realizing I still hadn't gotten around to putting last years tags on. Ugh. In the end, it was the right thing to do. I was careful to sell it to a fella who I'm certain loves these cars as much as we do, and will take good car of her. Also, the really good news for the team here is that I was surprised at the demand and the sale price. I'll stay tuned here if you allow me. I'm sure I learned a thing or two since I brought the car to Michigan from Houston in 2001. Take care and God bless.
