Greetings, All,
I wanted to share a source I came across for phenolic carb spacers that fit our dual sized throttle bodies.
I just bought a 1/4" phenolic spacer for my K and find it is a perfect fit. They also make a 1/2" thick spacer as well.
My K was a Colorado high elevation car and when I first got it, I found it had a near 1/4" solid gasket mounted with a .010" two hole gasket on top. It was pretty collapsed, but this phenolic one should hold up to keep those circuits open.
I haven't run it as of yet as my engine is still in the machine shop. Still.
He has them for WCFB Tea Kettles as well, as many others.
Allan
