Yes, I guess the frustrating thing for me has been the rise of classic car dealers and consigners over the past decade or more. That’s all you see on eBay now so I don’t even bother looking. If every buyer were savvy enough to properly evaluate each car and
determine actual market value before negotiating a deal, I think we’d have seen values increasing at a much slower rate.
Of course on the other side of this is the seller who may be laughing all the way to the bank. It would be interesting to know what this car actually sells for.
