Hi Al, You don’t have to remove your front tires, but it’s certainly easier access if you do. I’ve changed my plugs and wires a few times on my F. Will your F be on a hoist, or are you just jacking it up on your garage floor? If you’re jacking it up with a floor or scissors jack, make sure you also use jack stands as insurance. We don’t recommend using your old factory bumper jack, as that’s likely to bend your 65-yr old bumper brackets and or front bumper.
