{Chrysler 300} Electrical Gremlins

Here’s is a weird one. 63 300 non letter. No instrument lights. Changed switch,switch in car looked new so po probably already had this problem. Knob turned to the left all the way but not clicking to turn on dome light,no right turn indicator. Turned all the way dome light comes on. That works. Turned all the way right and right turn indicator works. Turned about halfway the high beam indicator (red) blinks with the right turn signal ( green arrow blinks also). High beam light doesn’t work in any position other than blinking with indicator. Dash lights never come on in any position.Electrical isn’t my strong suit. Any ideas?
