Probably is but it takes a special tool depending on what type connector it is.
Maybe a thin small screwdrivet would slip in and disconnect the cli[s.
Picture is not really close in enough to tell just what type they are.

Is there a semi easy way to remove the wires from this connector and swap out a bad one on the car?  Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

PS-I am suddenly not getting 12v to the gas gauge/Temp gauge and I fear that a bad connection at the headlight connector may be the problem, but I can’t be sure.
