It is beginning to rain and you don’t have the ignition key. You can raise the top, roll up all the windows, honk the horn and flash the headlights to get the attention of the person who does have the key.

Good question.  Short answer is yes. 

Going on, power seat(s), power windows. power top pump, headlights, stoplights, parking & taillights, cigar lighters, dome and map lights, courtesy lights and horn all work without a key.  Up through 1964, anyway.

I have a Chrysler 300 convertible with electric Windows (everything is electric) Are my Windows supposed to roll up and down without the key in the ignition?? If not, what would cause this?
