Yes, kick panels were stiff cardboard, held in place by the metal retainer
at the A-post.

57 Dodge, but believe all are the same design. Seems that carpet glued to
cardboard is the answer, if flat can make that out of metal

Thanks to all who helped on small 57 mopar Stuff . Only thing missing now
are the kick panels . Some guy on eBay selling cardboard ones(?) for 157 $
(for two pieces of cardboard ??? " no
screws") . Are they made of cardboard , stock ? Hard to believe ! Just
flat covers ? Car had nothing . Thanks for input, John Sent from my iPhone
