Harrisburg Pike (RT 11) is being torn up and rebuilt from
Carlisle north to the turnpike. It will be down to 1 lane in
places. So it is a MUST to use the backway from the hotel
to the fairgrounds. If you do that you will bypass it all.

This is on the north east side of the fairgrounds.
