There is a fantastic rebuilder here in Kansas City that has been in business since 1925. The 2nd generation now is in charge. They just did my C300 starter. It has never cranked so strong and smoothly. He went through it from end to end for $70.  Even if you had to add  shipping, that is still fair.

Hi friends,

I am about to replace my starter on my C300 and need your help.

Is the flywheel on a C300 Hemi 331 the same as on a Hemi 354?
I know it changed somewhere before the 392, but I am not sure when.
