[Chrysler300] Need a Vacuum Advance for an L

A friend needs a replacement vacuum advance assembly for a 1965 300L with the single 4-bbl and the original Prestolite dual-point distributor.  Does anyone have one or a source?  Can these be rebuilt?  If so, who does it?  Interchangeability with other years, models?
