RE: [Chrysler300] headlights for 61 300g

Jim and all G owners- the original style headlights (technically, they are
headlamps) for your car were either General Electric or Tung-Sol brand
"center dot" lamps for the early build models or GE or Tung-Sol lamps with
block letters at the bottom of the lamps for the later build models.  Or a
combination of both.  See my article on the website for details:

Modern halogen sealed beam lamps are a nice upgrade and will provide far
better vision more suitable for the high speeds for which a G is capable.
Current draw and heat will not be a problem.  The brand to find is GE as
Tung Sol is no longer made.  Check your local auto parts stores or online.

i need to replace a couple of headlights on my 300g. is there a "correct"
manufacturer
and if so, where can i purchase? thanks in advance, jim  .( the g has
westinghouse headlights currently).
