It was bid up to $10,900 and did not hit its reserve.
I have the exact same wagon (in Rosewood, with a Coral Grey roof), though I do have power windows and do not have dual A/C. It appears to be fairly nice and these wagons rarely come up for sale and are all now a fortune! That eBay wagon is one of about 735 9 passengers built. There were about an equal amount of 6 passengers made. So around 1500 New Yorker wagons in 1962 is low production.
I too would rather have that finned '60 or '61, but I bought the '62 fifteen years ago and love it all the same.
