[Chrysler300] Distributor Indentification / Interchange

Hi Group, 

I need help identifying two dual point / tach drive distributors. 

Both have the aluminum tags and start with a Chrysler number. The next line is the word Prestolite and the last line is the IBS#. 

#1  2444364; IBS4011-D-10? 

#2  2444361; IBS4011 -C 12? 

  

Can either of these be used on a 1962 Chrysler 413 with single AFB?
