[Chrysler300] Finally

Enclosed are pictures taken before the car went to "restoration shop" 
and pictures when I pulled it out.  The owner was arrested and has other 
outstanding warrants for his arrest.  If convicted, a ten year sentence 
could be imposed which I hope happens.   Lesson even though saw 
completed work by Victor Decker, never deal with a shop that is not 
registered with state.  Body need to be but "restoration alone do not. 
Comments a Freehold, NJ paper have comments  from other victims.  As 
previously stated work has stated and will post updates on the progress.
