HI Keith et al,
The Michelin X S rated tires are used to make the Diamond Back MX premium
brand. They are on page 9 of their catalog:
http://www.dbtires.com/tires.html
Sizes:
195/75R14
205/75R14
205/70R15
205/75R15
215/75R15
215/75R15
215/70R15
215/70R15
235/75R15
Even though they list various size WWW. You can get whatever you want.
Regarding the 14² tires, you don¹t have to wait. Rob Kern bought the
American Classics and he is happy with them and posted a nice write up
several months ago.
Buying the 235/75R14 American Classics should be done as follows. First have
them Road Force Hunter Balanced and mounted. Then put the car thru various
speeds. If all is OK then immediately rotate the tires front to back and
again drive the car thru various speeds. If there is any vibration with the
tires on the front, in either case, get the dealer to replace them.
Don¹t wait, 20,000 miles, rotate the tires, then find out you have vibration
or worse, radial pull.
Rob had no problem.

I know the 14" is still a ways off, and I didn't think he had the 15"
Thailand tires available quite yet - but thought he was close. The 15"
is not my size, so I didn't pay close attention to that schedule.
Tony Rinaldi says that Diamond Back _does_ have the 235/75/15 in the
Michelin. That is also news to me, and is certainly a very good tire to
go with.
Just too bad we 14" guys are going to have to sit on our thumbs a bit
longer than you 15s have had to. The only good thing I've found about
waiting is that meanwhile I'm running a tire set that I don't mind
having a little fun with - just laying a long trail of rubber turned to
smoke once in a while.
