[Chrysler300] 300D door panels

Hello everyone,

One more (but definitely not last) question to help me with the ongoing restoration: 
I know that the door panels as well as the rear panels and armrests (rear) are combination of vinyl and leather. I was able to get several great photos of the panels and interior from fellow club members, but can't figure out which is leather and which section is vinyl. Any help will be appreciated.
