Dave , on the tools you  can not ID try searching for them on the internet. Just search for them using the tool number. They may appear on Ebay or elsewhere.
Other than that , I do not have a book, catalog or publication to assist you .

  I have quite a few Miller service tools that I cannot find an appliction/use for.

  Does anyon have a book, catalog, or publication of sorts that may assist me
  in finding out what specific use these have?

  Some I have been able to I.D. from the different service manual sections where they list specific tools used. 

  Most are drivers, pullers, stands and compressors.
  I am in the process of compiling a list of tool numbers that I can't I.D.
