[Chrysler300] G gas pedal & floor bracket = hole in the floor

Did the cars come with a gasket on the gas pedal floor bracket to close
the hole in the floor pan? Mine looks great but has a hole where you can
see the pavement. I can understand with the convertible where this may
be a great spot to let water out, but on my hardtop I think I would
prefer it closed.
