I just booked - rooms are still available at the Group $99 rate - When you call, DON'T let them send you to Central Reservations, as was mentioned in previous emails!

Dear, Dearly Beloved's, 

We are sorry for any misinformation.... 
I just talked with Cindy at the Hotel, and she assured me that there are rooms available.... 
And she apologized for the central reservations girl that had spoke with Larry, and misinformed 
him that they were booked up!! Which they are NOT!! Cindy, and her assistant had both called 
and said they wanted to make reservations for our Meet, and neither one had a problem, they 
said that it was probably a new girl, that had answered, and you know how that goes!!! 

She also told me that if there are any late comers, after August 25th, that they should call 
the front desk 1-630-584-0700 directly, and if there still are rooms available you will get 
them at the Club rate. And NOT to call the Central reservations # 1-877-782-9444 

Again, We, and the Host Hotel are very sorry, for any confusion that the central reservations 
person had caused... 

See you in September! And we are hoping for another record turnout, back in ILLINOIS!!!
