The '70 AVS carburetor is listed with chetsautoparts.com 
The list does not include c-body (full size) cars, it is under
  both the b-body and e-body parts.
I've done business with him before, he's an ok guy and deals
  only in Mopars.

  This carb, which many consider to be the very best there is, has been reproduced by whoever bought out Carter.
  I think it has been offered for under $400. brand new. Carter also used to rebuild them for about $300 but Not sure if that is still true.
