[Chrysler300] My Ballast Resistor Tales...

I checked both my 62's (while running) and the 300 (which I know is all working correctly) shows 14.2 going in and 10.5 coming out.
The Wagon (while running) is 14.2 going in and is 11.5 coming out.
Are they both fine?
Are they both wrong?
Don't want to burn out my coil(s)
