[Chrysler300] Bench Testing Chrysler 300 clocks, radios, exc...

I have always wanted to bench test certain items before installing them back
into the auto, but were always in fear of not hooking things up correctly,
and frying wires.
What would be a good home set up, and items needed in order to do this
properly for a 12v auto?
Thanks in advance,
Paul Thomassen
