Agree about Michelins being best, and Bridgestone made in Japan are also
good. I have had very poor luck with Uniroyal belts separating (Uniroyal
owned by Michelin?) and some problems with Goodrich TA balance (also
owned by Michelin).
I believe some - but not all - of the Cokers are made by Cooper who
makes a lot of private brands - but I have no experience with Cooper -
anyone out there care to comment on Coopers and their private brands
(Mastercraft, Multi-Mile, Sigma, Tempra, Jetzon, El Dorado, etc)?
But unfortunately there are not a lot of options out there in the sizes
and configurations for antique cars. Theres Diamond and Universal and
American Classic, but I suspect they use mostly the same sources. Any
one got another good source?
