My 62  service manual gives instructions for adjustments on the H dual carb set up. 

If you have a 59 manual, perhaps it also has the instructions.

Good Day to Everyone Out There in 300 Land! 

Curious about something ..................... 

On the 413 engine with dual carbs, if running on regular 93 octane fuel 
(today's premium), how many turns out should the fuel adjusting screws be 
turned? Not really concerned about fuel consumption as I don't drive the car 
much, but more concerned with general overall running performance. Thanks!
