Tom.
If for a 300F, there is no flex plate . Torque converter bolts direcly to crankshaft flange. Flex plate is 62 and up only (aluminum case trans). Your F has the cast iron trans, no flex plate...

Subject: [Chrysler300] 300F Flex Plate
Need some help. Am ready to install rebuilt engine and transmission into the car. I have misplaced the flex plate that goes between the torque converter and the crankshaft. I have a friend that has these plates for the 65-67 mopars; are they the same as the earlier cars (60-62)? If not, does anyone have an extra?
Thank you. Happy Thanksgiving!!
