[Chrysler300] '63 Pacesetter or is it PaceCar

OK, although not a letter car per se it's still a rare beast. Is there a  
difference between a pacesetter and a pacecar? If so how can I tell them  apart? 
Did they all have the lettering and come in the torquoise color?
